We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff truly stood out, consistently kind, attentive, and generous, especially when we requested a late checkout. The hotel’s parking area is spacious and very convenient, making arrivals and departures smooth. The location is another strong point; being right next to a shopping mall makes it ideal for both families and couples who want easy access to shopping and dining.

The hotel doesn’t have a private entrance, so you enter and exit through the mall, which can feel a bit inconvenient. Once you step away from the nearby shopping areas, the surroundings aren’t very walkable, and getting around generally requires a car.
