Good location, walking distance to trams and buses

No table and chairs on our balcony and couldn't have the balcony door open to get fresh air. Not worth having a balcony.

This hotel in the CBD is close to everything, with a view over the Square from a large balcony. Staff are very helpful and facilities such as restaurant make staying here convenient.

Our bedroom was a bit small.

Impressed I could check in quickly as I'd booked online and paid so it was straight forward. Surprised I received an upgrade and although I was only staying a night it was nice to receive

Only one item, when I stepped into the shower after I had turned the water on, I nearly fell over because the base of the shower was very slippery. I didn't fall but stood very carefully to avoid that, but wondered why the base was so dangerous
