Breakfast was average. The fruit was fresh.

The sofa bed for the kids did not open properly the first night so they were farmed out to other family members.

The stay was great. Service was amazing all questions answered.

The ice machine on our floor was broken. But was said to be fixed soon and we only stayed one night and the front desk got us ice.

Got to the hotel only to be told they canceled my room due to a maintenance issue. Said since I went through a third party they supposedly didn’t have any of my information to call and let me know.

The staff was so kind. The pool was clean and fun. The rooms were comfortable and nice.

There were a few things maintenance and housekeeping missed in the room. That said, the staff handled it well.
