The tv connection was off for the first night

Room was nice. breakfast decent. pool was nice. the staff were very friendly and nice.

I was expecting a room that had a door to the bedroom part of it so there would be more privacy. But ended up not being an issue because we had less people stay with us. And the lighting in our room wasn't very good the bathroom vanity didn't have much light.

We had an excellent stay!! Customer service was a breeze.

Everything was perfect.

I liked the room furniture

We did not like that the shower had water at our ankles when taking a shower. It drained very slowly and made standing water. Also the bathroom was not clean enough had hair on floor There was no coffee down stairs at the coffee bar, most hotels provide coffee all day with great creamer, and terrible powder creamer upstairs in the room with a dirty coffee pot. When we were having breakfast that did not taste good to any of us, we threw most of it away, we had to listen to a staff person at the desk complain to the man behind the desk about their job and company. Then she offered the guy behind the desk sausage and hashbrowns and we all were like, where is it? The staff get the better food and we had to eat paper thin bacon? Then their were homeless persons all around the area outside when we went to the Chipotle and to the first red light at night by the hotel in which it really did not feel safe, we would never stay there again or come to Tulsa again for that matter. The Billie Eilish concert was the best though!

Jillian was incredibly proactive when we notified her of the odor in our room. She was up to our room with spray within minutes! (WE opted not to move since we can handle the odor unlike some with respiratory sensitivities, the option was offered by Jillian).

Our room had an odor of marijuana and the shower door leaked horribly. Floor was soaked after showers. (Room 318). Breakfast was okay, not a huge selection but got the job done.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was super friendly, and we were able to check in early. The lighting was beautiful, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable — I didn’t want to leave! Breakfast had plenty of great options, and the location was perfect, close to everything.
