friendly staff, good size room. easy check-in checkout. had both fridge and microwave. comfortable stay. breakfast selection had sausage, potatoes, pancakes, bagels, strawberry yogurt, cereal, fruit everyday free cookies at front desk mid day had convenient self serve snacks ready for purchase

thin walls, Can hear hallway and other people in their rooms. beds sunk a little but slept ok large roach outside near car drop-off area near front at night.

The property was not bad, and my discontent was that it was below what I had expected. I have stayed at other properties in South Orange County that were less money and better.

We really enjoyed how clean everything was and the really good breakfast.

We didn't love the banging noise that kept occurring around 8am every morning. I don't know if it was other guests in their rooms or the cleaning staff, but that was a bit jarring to hear. Not sure what would generate such disruptive noises or why people can't be considerate of neighboring rooms.
