Very clean, staff so friendly, knowledgeable helpful. Restaurant was top notch. Great location transit across the street, hop on hop off bus one block away. Lots of shops and other restaurants close as well.

Die Lage ist super. Man kommt mit den Bussen überall sehr gut hin. Zu Fuß ist es etwa 20 min. bis in die Altstadt.

Das Frühstück im Keller kann vom Ambiente her schöner sein. Aber es war schmackhaft und es hat nichts gefehlt.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our trip to Lisbon. Room was sufficient for our needs and bed was very comfortable. Air con was able to be controlled in the room to suit us. We really liked having a kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine.

The hot breakfast choice was too limited.

O quarto é confortável e os funcionários são excelentes! Chegamos antes do horário de check in e gentilmente nos acomodaram em um quarto para descansarmos. Café da manhã é bom !

Bonjour, La chambre était très bien mais le jour de notre départ, la personne qui nous a remis notre véhicule placée dans le parking de l'hôtel a "oublié" de nous dire qu'il a rayé le rétro extérieur côté passager. En rendant le véhicule, mon fils a dû payer plus de 300 €. On trouvait que la personne mettait beaucoup de temps à nous remettre le véhicule, maintenant on sait pourquoi !! Et malheureusement nous n'avons pas de preuves pour le prouver. Plus jamais nous ne laisserons quelqu'un garer le véhicule de location !
