Not clean at all!

The customer service was good. But I was told I could not have anyone visit me at my room. The first room was very unclean. But once I told front desk they immediately switch my room for a more clean one. But it's convenient to places to eat as well as grocery stores. I would recommend for an over night stay are someone who's there for constract work. Not business.

We have stayed here before. We choose Red Roof because we have a dog and a cat…the area is safe, but the surrounding area is a little trashy…

Staff were very nice

Booked us into a room already taken. Then put us in a room that had been used and not cleaned. Floor was filthy, sink and tub drains clogged, towel hanging on rack had been used and stained and bedspreads had large stains on them.

No pool no breakfast the jetted tub didn't work

I reserved two rooms at this property on March 11, 2025 to attend my Granddaughter's graduation from Valdosta State University one King Single and one double queen the rooms were booked through Expedia never again. Checked in around 6 pm went to dinner returned around 11pm the rooms had roaches the room were infested with roaches the phone didn't work in one room and no phone in the other room no one answered at the front desk. Had wait to talk to someone the next day May9, 2025. The rooms were disgusting asked for my money back was told I booked through a third party Expedia they would have to refund my money. Talking to Expedia was a nightmare with no results. They said the rooms were nonrefundable We should have been given clean and safe' The hotel voided the contract of nonrefundable money. Expedia blamed Red Roof Inn and Red Roof Inn Blamed Expedia for our money not being refunded. The rooms were disgusting never seen rooms that nasty, we were really concerned about taking roaches home. We was told the local guests were given the rooms on that end of the hotel so it was ok to put local guests in fifty conditions. The board of health will be notified with pictures. We checked out on May 9, 2025 and went to another hotel one roach did get into one of our bags.
