USTheres were bugs around the corners in the room and ants crawling around the restroom skin as we were on the second floor.
USThe price was okay but the staff seemed to resent me staying there. They have a lot of homeless living there and I donโt think they appreciate outside guests. I had to stay for 6/nights due to family situation and never received housekeeping or any fresh towels. I was very intimidated by the front desk people.The lobby was very clean but the lift smelled of urine.
Front desk staff were hostile.
It was nice and convenient
USCheck in Attendant was rude. Arrived at 4:30p and was informed the room wasn't ready. Rather than ask the housekeeper who just told him it only needed towels to just deliver them, he turned back and repeated the room wasn't ready. In room, the window had no screen, was left cracked open and wouldn't close all the way to lock. The light switches were located on the wall directly behind a bed where a headboard should be. If you propped a pillow against you could turn lights off and on. Nothing but 1 bar of handsoap in the bathroom. In the morning the breakfast area had nothing - missing coffee pot, not even a prepackaged muffin.
USThe view was awesome from the 3rd floor. Was able to book a room right away
