Dark, no decor the lobby front was bald! Employees not nice. They hardly spoke to you. In a way rude. Rooms were dirty. Towels not washed well etc.

Sand coming out of the faucets and shower, water came out rust color. Cockroaches and no Kleenex in the room.
Carpets were filthy. Sheet had a large brown stain. Bathroom floor was sticky and room too - my shoes made a sticking sound when I walked. I was afraid to walk barefoot. Room was very sparse. Toilet seat was loose. Wall switch had broken cover exposing wires. Room and hallway had a bad smell. Could hear sounds (coughing, movement and voices) from next room. Curtains had little burn spots. Running water was always slightly warm and had an unpleasant taste. Faucet leaked from handle.

USIts was horrible !!!!! and this was the worst experience in a hotel ever in .y life roaches it was dirty floors broken like who allows this place to b even open. And I have more photos I just can load them

Incredibly dirty - floors were so sticky you had to wear your shoes to and from shower. Trash from sweeping was caked around furniture. Had to ask for towels and washcloths. Email the day we arrived is still COVID-19 email stating that some amenity may be temporary closed (pool). The pool has been permanently closed, lobby has been stripped of everything.

Hall ways were very dirty and restroom need a upgrade. Pictures of the facility was misleading. They need to really up their cleaning in the facility. Not very welcoming when you enter the location.
