"I didn’t stay, left after only 30 minutes."

The lovely front desk attendant Sai was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

Overall the rooms were dirty and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Small and cramped for the money.

Huge loud fights in square next door with vagrants. Very difficult to find it initially. Could use a sign on street. Staff were very helpful when we lost a key. Huge bath we had to climb over to get to shower. Rooms weren’t cleaned.

"Great location for Her Majesty Theatre Shows"

Excellent location walking distance 2 minutes to her majesty theatre. Tidy and spacious. Air conditioned.

Renovations/Noise until 6pm at night. Parking pricing $45 onsite $36 Wilson Park

Despite receiving a confirmation, there was no room available for me on arrival. Reception Offered no explanation and alternative plan at another location was unacceptable.
