Estuvimos muy bien, la chica de la mañana que es la única con quién tuvimos trato era encantadora. El autobús delante es un gran qué!

Big room which was traditional, clean and had comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast!!!! Really good value for money stay

Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim.

Staff is rude and hotel is outdated. Breakfast is terrible (mosquitos everywhere) and the location is not good.
