Beautiful

Ice costs extra, problem with booking, instead of trying to work the issue basically made us feel like we had to take the more expensive room or be on the street.

Clean and spacious

Easy access to highways, cleaning staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Suite had full kitchen, nicely redone, with basic needs for 4 guests (such as plates, cutlery, etc) and cookware.

Undisclosed construction during stay, resulting in loss of amenities without adjustment in room price or resort fee, or advance notice at time of booking. Pictures do not accurately portray size of rooms or property. Rooms much smaller, pool and outdoor patios small and unavailable. Our toilet overflowed (however, this was handled by staff quickly and efficiently, including a cleaning crew). Requests for any extra needs such as blankets or towels were met with varying responses ranging from “no” to “you can only request in the morning.” Neither is true, as explained by a third employee working at the front desk (thankfully). Air conditioning does not flow out of bedroom to sofa bed in suite.

The overall hotel is relatively nice, there is a free laundry facility and location is very close to both shopping attractions and parks

The hotel is in renovations. Nobody in the hotel informed us beforehand that there will be renovation, nor that the breakfast will be so poor because of that. While I specifically asked for an early check in (after a 12 hours flight), when I got there the stuff would insist that no early checking is available at all.
