Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bloomington

You get what you pay for; it was a fair price for an overnight but the rooms are old and worn out. 1970s style, sparce furniture, water damage bathroom, obvious wear, underequipped/capable A/C unit, etc. That said, the bed was comfortable for an overnight stop.

the bed comfort was amazing, and the location was in a safe area, the hotel was nice and clean, and the overall the front desk people were very nice and welcoming. I would be coming back again

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfeast was very good Quiet location The desk associates were able to discount the room to compensate for the ammineaties that were out of order

Pool was out of order, game room was out of order, washer was out of order and the bar was not open. Some of the repair work in the room could use a better quality handy man.

The staff was really nice, but the rooms really could use some updates. The sides of the mattresses looked old, and the floors were cracked.

Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Booked the room a week prior. Traveled 3.5 hours only to arrive and be told there was no rooms available. The lady at check in was NOT sympathetic even and even refused to refund the money so we rent a room at a different hotel. So we were without a room and the money we paid at 11pm. She claimed they had no way of knowing who books rooms! This is completely unacceptable!

Poorly constructed as cool here noises from rooms above and next door.

The staff is amazing! I was very impressed how neat this property is inside. I liked everything about this property.

Great hotel for the price! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the pool was closed.
