Not great towels or pillows Great suite, lobbies Excellent sports facilities Expensive but good catering Suites could do its an upgrade but atoll very comfortable and spacious Other facilities abound and are appealing Walking distance to several centres and major bus routes

The suites are wonderful! The facility is beautiful! I can’t say enough good things about the staff! I did not get a chance to use the spa or pool. I wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this hotel! I hope to go back someday.

Overall very nice stay. We only stayed for the night but liked the location and liked the location. Room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus.

Hotel staff greated us at 1:30am .We were upgraded to a suite with both a shower and a bath tub. Helpful with recommendations and transportation. Best breakfast buffet we've had in Israel.

Did not appreciate that breakfast was not included (as in almost every hotel in Israel) and to add it was a pain in the tushy.Front desk staff was not very helpful

Great first night in TLV, 20 minumtes from the airport. Staff was very friendly. The suite had more than enough storage space with a shower and full tub. It was nicde to be able to wake up early and use the desk without disturbing my wife in the other room.

Hotel advertises pool and airport shuttle, however, pool has very limitted hours and was not open the days we were there. Also, there is no shuttle - the reception dials a cab driver for you who charges an arm and a leg for the shuttle service - so its better to use Uber. In addition, our room key was broken and security spent 2 hours trying to fix it - it did not work out, they ended up giving us regular key, but I had to fill out declaration form to get the key - everything was taking very long time to resolve

We stayed at the hotel for only one night before a sporting event. I was happily surprised by the general installations, the check in and check out process. The suit was large, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Need to have more food availability between bar and restaurant throughout the day. Other than that the staff was professional and the property was secure. Great gym!

A bit of a problem with temperature adjustment, otherwise very good. Free parking is at the park adjacent to the hotel.
