Courtyard Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle

Hotel accommodations were great. Checkin was a bit slow and the desk agent advised me about breakfast being an extra charge though I had pre-paid online. After much more typing she provided me the breakfast voucher. When I checked out, the charge appeared on my bill. I suspect she did not know how to resolve the issue and simply left it on. The checkout agent was great and fixed the bill.

Pros: Clean, newish, front desk lady friendly, but I expected a lot more from a Marriot brand.

Cons: 1. No microwave in the room. 2. No freezer in fridge. 3. Only two tissues in box. 4. Shower streams way too thin. 5. Shower soap dispensers hard to use. 6. Toilet seat loose. 7. Fitted bed sheet too small… came off in the night. 8. Only one elevator.

We received stellar service! The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Ashley is an asset to your company. She checked us in. When we arrived, she was very warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She took the time to explain about the hotel and answered every question very patiently, with a smile. I went down to the desk approximately 30 minutes after we checked in. She asked how our room was and if there were complimentary bottles of water in the room. This morning around 7, the iron wasn't working, so I called the front desk. Less than 10 minutes later, the maintenance man was knocking on our room door with a replacement iron. He was very friendly and apologetic.

Everything was great. Albeit the snacks were extremely high.

There was too Staff members that extremely impressed me (her name starts with an L very unique name and Savanah) thank you so very much for everything

the bed my son slept in unbeknownst to us until morning that the middle portion of comfort appeared to have a big smear of makeup stain on it, I brought this to the attention of the manager and she stated, they don't clean that part of the bedding everytime they flip a room over to the next guest, apparently I see because the stain was there, disgusting thought and disappointed

La habitación tenía cosas en el mini refrigerador y olía muy mal. Nos dieron un cupón para el desayuno, éramos 4, el cupón decía 4 pero solo nos dieron para dos personas en el mostrador del desayuno. Tardaron una eternidad en entregarnos la comida e incluso el café. Y a todos en diferentes tiempos.
