SpringHill Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park

Would have liked oatmeal, there was a crock pot, empty, but all the additives for oatmeal were set out. So settled for english muffin, at least they had those, better than just bread. I used cream cheese. The butter was in the fridge, ok, but too hard to spread on the muffin. Need some set out to soften up. The room was great, plenty of room, kitchenette, large computer desk, sofa area separate from bed, which was comfy.

No suggestions.

Muy ruidoso , las camas blandas muy malas , el desayuno lleno de gente. Lo peor es el servicio se room service , en 4 noches nunca ordenaron la pieza a pesar de salir a las 10:00 am y volver tarde cuando ya no había a quién reclamar. No volvería!!!

Noise, rooms not being done daily, lack of towels and toilet paper

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast, especially the scrambled egg 👎🏾. They need to have something different from the day before .

Room size was okay, desk was okay to work on, bed was comfortable, walk-in shower with good pressure and hot water, friendly reception staff

The elevators sound like they could breakdown any minute, there is only a small fridge in the room, no freezer, and only a small microwave with only 1 powerlevel (max), no kitchenware at all (which is mentioned there is), the refrigerator makes a lot of noise. The air conditioning turns on by itself at 6 in the morning even though it is switched off from the control panel. Room cleaning should be done every other day, but the first 5 days there was no cleaning at all, after asking for cleaning there was only 1 towel in my room. The breakfast is poor, like most hotels in the US everything is instant food which tastes like plastic and of course all plastic plates, cups, cutlery etc, definitely not environmental friendly
