Upon checking in, my family was greeted very politely and welcoming. The Staff was very kind and accommodating. A special thanks to Jessica at the front desk. Jessica made our stay very pleasant. We will stay at this Holiday Inn Hotel next time we are in town.

"Pool was not available "

I was really excited to stay here based on the reviews and the amenities. My husband and I had one night away, and I intentionally picked a place with a pool. Sadly, when we arrived, it was a maintenance weekend and the pool area was not available. They offered us an option of visiting another hotel to use their pool, but I wish they would’ve offered something like a voucher or some sort of financial apology. I was so so frustrated because that is why I picked the hotel. Lesson learned - always call the hotel and verify amenities before you book for those dates.

Air conditioning did not work even after it was checked-it wasn’t overly hot so gave up on asking again. Beds were not made up and garbage not removed by housekeeping. Despite asking for more towels on arrival again found only 2 towels the next day and again had to ask for more.
