Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls At the Falls

The location was great. Very easy check in and out process.

I didn’t like that it was classified as smoke free, I upgraded to a balcony thinking I would be able to smoke outdoors, but on arrival I was not allowed to smoke on my balcony unless I had a room On the ground level or on the driveway! So I paid $200 extra for the convenience of smoking and it was very inconvenient.

Die Lage, das war’s.

Da wir nur kurze Aufenthalte auf unserer Reise hatten, haben wir immer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet und das Schild rausgehängt. Leider wurde dieses Schild ignoriert: Unser Müll wurde geleert, die Handtücher entfernt (ohne neue hinzulegen) und das teure Parfüm meiner Frau entwendet. Als wir das „Problem“ erklärt haben wurde ich sogar noch getadelt, dass deren Personal sowas niemals tun würde. Nach einem weiteren Telefongespräch mit der Managerin, in dem es hieß, dass sich darum gekümmert wird und sie sich melden - folgte gar nichts mehr. Danke für nichts.

Location too everything

Didn't like that I had to pay such a large incidental when you had to pay for parking also

Perfect location, only short walk to the falls and good parking.

Rooms very outdated (even though the reservation said we had a newly renovated room - definitely not the case). Cheap motel style.

Perfect for our night stay, easy to get to and on the doorstep of many of the attractions
