The stay overall was good. My only note is that there was a constant every-so-slightly damp feeling to everything in the room, and I like to have never gottennoutnof the bathroom when I closed the door (it got stuck!), the furniture it the dining area was a couple of steps above being shabby, and a few things were out of order (i.e. the drink/juice dispenser and a sink in the bathroom on the main floor). I appreciated the clear insteuctions on tge signs, the fresh lemon water, and the excellent customer service.

Location, very clean! The staff very friendly.

We stay here because the breakfast is great. However when you have an 8am appointment and breakfast is not served until 7:30 that does not give you time to eat. The breakfast time should be moved up at least 30 minutes.

"It was a good location"

Very close to the university

Floors were sticky. The ceiling over the bed had a patched crack that was slightly opened back up. The hotel was less taken care of then other Holiday Inn Express that I've stayed at

The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. When I book a room in a Hotel one of the amenities I look for is a hot tub, this hotel advertised they had a hot tub but in fact they did not, I suggest they change their advertisement. Not happy!
