Location.

I asked for a 12pm check out time and was told it was not possible. The manager said he could do 11am at most. I assume this is the same tactic used with all guests. Give them something but always pour cold water on any requests that cut into the profit margin.

"Perfect holiday location"

We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom ocean view corner suite on a high floor. We didn't need to use a car to get around as the location was so close to shops, restarants, transport and airport. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really had a relaxing time and would definitely be back. It was brilliant to walk across the road to the beach. The on-site tennis court was fantastic, as was the pool and spa. Supermarket was just a 5 minute walk. Big shout out to Lisa on front desk who helped us during our stay.

Great view and the pool was really clean and great temperature

Do not order a cot !! They do not provide a mattress (even though this is standard with travel cots) and give you sheets. When we said this was highly unsafe they kept repeating that it’s standard. It is not please bring your own cot. I cannot believe they expected our baby to sleep on a wooden base with sheets. Bed also not comfortable at all and linen was very average for the nightly price
