It’s nice, the breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Just one note the pools are freezing cold. I couldn’t really swim in it because it was so cold. The hot tub was nice.

Clean

The over night guy working needs some training on customer service/ dealing with unhappy guests. At midnight we (along with multiple other rooms) were woken up by guests running up and down the hallways and yelling. My husband went in the hall to ask people to quiet down along woth guests from different rooms, and he told us all he has no control over it. We asked for a refund to go to a different hotel and there was no resolution. It was a horrible stay.
