Website said pool- motel said no not for 2 more months but website never said that, bathtub and sink extreme dirty, shower curtain tore in several places- had to hold batteries in remote to get it to work, no back on it- bed had black hair all over sheets, I took sheets off to sleep absolutely will never stay there again!

"Stranger walked into my room"

After getting into my room a man who I did not know used a key and entered my room, which is jarring at best and could be a safety issue at worst. Apparently the staff had assigned him the same room and given him key cards for the room they had already given to me. To make matters worse, staff came to my room shortly thereafter to see “who they had given the room to.” They needed my name because somehow they couldn’t have figured that out in their records. Very unprofessional.
