No tiene microondas y refrigerador el cuarto para una persona

Hotel viejo que necesita urgente remodelación, nos asignaron habitaciones donde el sofá cama no estaba n las sábanas y tuvimos que preparar nosotros y el colchón estaba muy sucio. No nos dejaron servicio de papel higiénico ni de elementos de aseo personal y tuvimos que reclamarlos en recepción. El desayuno muy precario sin variedad. No volvería a hospedarme

i reserved two rooms. The t v was not working in either room. The nightstaff was unable to fix it.I was told when checking out to get with the manager to get some kind of discount for the inconvenience. When I checked out, I told them this, they did not do anything to help me out. Gave me a telephone number and said call the number , which was the manager and he could see what he could do. They should have taken care of the situation than in there.

The staff was friendly. They keep the room tidy.

The pool was not open for swimming The breafast choices were horrible.

The bed was okay

I was put on second floor, the ice machine was broken, the pool had a cover over it, no place to sit outside to get fresh air after a long drive because the pool gate was locked. No telephone in room to call front desk had to get on elevator and go downstairs to talk to desk person. The breakfast was very disappointing I just got black coffee because they had a canister of dry coffee creamer. The desk attendants all had such thick accents they were hard to understand. I will never ever stay in a Microtel hotel again
