From 10th to 15th of July 2023, the Property will only be reachable on foot between 8:30 p.m and 6 a.m due to resurfacing works on the Peartree Roundabout. The nearest car park is located in a specially designated area at Pear Tree Park & Ride. Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward. A deposit may be required at the property.

The room was nice, with a large smart tv. The onsite restaurant very good. Staff were friendly. My son especially loved the gym. Pricewise it was the cheapest we could find near to Oxford City centre. We took a bus in which was conveniently located just outside and buses were frequent.

The bed was a little hard. It was annoying to have to pay extra for car parking.

We arrived very early and we were surprised and delighted that our room was ready and we could check in. We really liked the spacious layout of the reception area with quiet places to sit.

We had trouble setting the Aircon.
