Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The staffs were very helpful and caring. You may see some bugs but don’t forget you’ll stay in the jungle so it’s normal.

The place is incredible and the staff are so friendly and well trained especially RUDY he assisted us very well And the dinner was so great also the breakfast The chef seems to be very talented, we had the best food in bali there So privacy place and the security is too high

Considerando il prezzo e il fatto che parliamo di 5 stelle, ci aspettavamo piu pulizia🥺 Al ristorante il personale era estremamente carino ma lento e non si ricordava quasi mai le richieste”particolari”. La sera prima della partenza, alla reception ci hanno offerto l’opportunità di avere la colazione da portare via e il trasporto per le valigie. Partivamo molto presto e il ristorante era chiuso a quel ora. Alla mattina nessuno aveva idea di dove fosse la nostra colazione e non abbiamo neanche avuto la macchina per il trasporto delle valigie quindi le abbiamo trascinate per una salita molto ripida. È stato molto spiacevole e stressante perché il taxi ci stava aspettando. Il fatto di aver concluso in questo modo la nostra luna di miele mi ha fatto davvero arrabbiare. Almeno siamo riusciti ad avere il rimborso della colazione. Abbiamo anche usufruito della spa, anche quella ovviamente, con prezzi da 5 stelle.Il mio massaggio è stato il peggiore che io abbia ricevuto a Bali. Sembrava che la signora non sapesse bene quello che stava facendo. Probabilmente sono stata sfortunata io, il massaggio di mio marito è stato eccezionale e la spa è di una bellezza surreale.

This is a fabulous hotel, with even better staff…they really made our stay. They are genuinely lovely and can’t do enough to ensure your stay is wonderful. Rudy was especially fabulous. The food was great, and our Luxury Escape package inclusions were excellent value. If you’re coming to Ubud and want a luxury, authentic, jungle-esque experience, with great food and service, stay here.

Qonita, Widia, Rudy, Wyan were all great, the cooking class Chef, the great bar tenders and amazing waitresses. Spa was amazing and the views and service and adventures were incredible.

Very relaxing and calming experience. Lovely and friendly staff ready to help with anything and everything. Amazing location overlooking their beautiful jungle and rice paddies. There is no street noise from the main street providing and luxurious and secluded experience.I would 100% recommend
