Como sempre, cada vez que infelizmente devo ir neste hotel, pontualmente existem problema. Chego bem tarde, umas 22.00 horas, peço por gentileza só 1 coisa: 1 quarto silencioso. O receptionist me fala que nao tem problema. Logo entro no quarto e descubro que estou do lado de uma empresa de transporte, que provavelmente vai trabalhar a noite toda, com empilhaderas que nao param de se mover. Bastante barulho. Chamo a recepção, dizendo que eu tinha pedido um quarto silencioso e a resposta é: PELA POLITICA DA EMPRESA ESTE É UM QUARTO SILENCIOSO. Evito de continuar a comentar sobre o que aconteceu depois. Uma vergonha de atendimento. Se puder, nao vai neste hotel.
