The Inn at Mazatlan becomes “SunVivia” 1/1/2026. This past visit was good. Some construction noise, but not too bad. Just before Christmas not too many guests so plenty of room at the pool and no wait for the elevator. I have been staying there as well as many other places for many years and have considered it on the top of my list. Hope the change in management works out. I was told ownership will remain.

The location is perfect for our needs. The staff was outstanding throughout

The construction noise was very intrusive into our room all day. Housekeeping came late in the day, after we had already finished many of our daily needs, and then wanted to rest. They were extremely polite and helpful at all times, with a smile - so this is just a comment - not meant to reflect on their care and quality of service, just simply timing
