Renai Hotel Kota Bahru (formerly known as The Grand Renai Hotel)

The staff are great, helpful and always smiling. The facilities are ok. The room clean just need to add more 'modern feel'. The food are excellent. Overall, it is a good and nice albeit old hotel that need a bit of freshen up.

There is sound when I sit on the bed, it looks like never change since the hotel open. Not only the mattress, the frame also. The lighting is not sufficient for room and corridor. The water pressure for shower is low, can’t enjoy much. I like the breakfast and the gym facilities. The lobby is grand.

Nice hotel to stay for business trips. the office table in the room is excellent although some outlets are spoilt and never repaired. The staff did not mention pool facilities, so I neglected to visit it. All in all, pleasant

Its a small town so the hotel is close to everything

Great hotel with very good amenities. Strong wifi, big spacious gym, good spa, great in room service. Can improve on towel service. Make more towels available.

To and from hotel to town very convenience. Car parking very convenience. Next to supermarket, easier to get groceries and likes. Nearby eateries.

I stayed for 1 night here.I would say that this hotel is easy access to everywhere since it is located in kota bharu. 4 mins to kb mall,half n hour to beach(pcb n senak) if i'm not mistaken,30 mins to airport . This hotel got supermarket (Billion) ,one level with the lobby. Room is clean,toilet super comfortable with clean bath tub,facilities all are in good condition.No need to hassle for parking since we can park at B1 floor(which is also parking for those who visited Billion) but we need to get chopped from the P.I.C at the lobby on the parking card to enjoy free parking.
