Das Zimmer war ganz okay. Aber die Hotelmanagerin war nicht freundlich. Ich habe vorher angerufen, um meine Buchung über Booking.com zu ändern. Am Telefon lief alles schnell und problemlos. Vor Ort wurde mir dann jedoch gesagt, dass ich zusätzliche Kosten bezahlen muss, die vorher nicht erwähnt wurden. Außerdem wurden mir die Preise von der Hotel-Website gezeigt, die sich von denen auf Booking.com unterschieden, wo ich ursprünglich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte. Ich wollte die Buchung in ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ändern, was laut Booking.com preislich gleich war. Trotzdem wurde ich gezwungen, zusätzliche 35 € zu zahlen. Ich habe mich beschwert und musste am Ende trotzdem 10 € extra bezahlen, nur um nach einer langen Reise endlich ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

"Hotel mit deutlich Luft nach oben"

2.Besuch und wieder hat nicht alles geklappt Die Lage ist top,aber Personal am Empfang scheint bisschen unwissend zu sein.

Wir hatten ein Doppelbett mit 160 cm Breite und konnten 2 Nächte nicht schlafen. Es war zu Amfang auch nur 1 Bettzeug,1 Handtuch und 1 Stuhl auf Balkon vorhanden (also war es ein Einzelzimmer! ). Anscheinend nichts anderes frei!
