Wonderful staff, The room was bright clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows comfy. Bathroom a little old Tub but fine. Shampoo etc nice but should have been more than just one packet provided. Perhaps mounted to wall in shower body soap shampoo and body cream. Overall a fabulous place to stay plus walking distance to pizza sandwich shop. Will send friends and family for sure.

Be careful walking in and out of room as deep step.

"Awesome Motel"

Great experience staying here over Memorial Day weekend. This motel was perfect for what we needed. The location was ideal, right off Route 6, minutes to several restaurants, the beach and other attractions. It has a Pizzeria onsite, though not part of the motel and is adjacent to Arnold's. About 10 minutes to Beachcombers, and little under 30 minutes to Provincetown. The hotel itself is very dog friendly, and has ample areas to walk your dog. Staff at Check-In/Out were great and very helpful. The rooms were incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

I’m giving this motel 5 stars. The staff were genuinely kind and very courteous, and when we ran into a minor mechanical issue, they handled it immediately. The room was clean, comfortable, and better than I expected — great value for the money. Perfect spot for budget travelers. The pizzeria and seafood restaurant right there are a bonus. I’d happily return the next time I’m in town. The location is fantastic. We experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets at First Encounter Beach, only 5–7 minutes away — a highlight of the trip.
