The hotel has a very good location, close to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Canal Street, and many of New Orleans’ main attractions. It was a convenient base for walking around the city, going out for live music, and enjoying the atmosphere of the French Quarter. The rooms looked renovated and comfortable, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is not new, and in some parts of the building you can see that it has been operating for many years. However, the rooms appeared to be renovated and generally well maintained, so this was not a major issue for us.

Location is amazing! Staff is great! very good breakfast selection onsite. Very clean facilities.

I have requested higher floor and away from elevators. I was given room #402. Low floor and almost by elevators. The bedroom is in the corner above the lower floor roof and the shades had to be closed at all times because of other rooms windows. We have not seen a daylight at all in our room.

The location was great and easy walking to many attractions, within a few blocks.

There were a few things broken in our roomwhen we arrived, including the blackout drape which fell down unexpectedly with a crash.Our coffee maker leaked like crazy.Luckily it was on a tray. Also, our sink was half blocked. The staff was very good about repairs, but the room looked like it had some rough use. I felt like there was a shortage of seating for a king , suite room, but we had a lot of privacy between the bedrooms . The restaurant on premises was actually a Starbucks that was only open until ten thirty AM.
