The location and the price was fair for the area.

The building and parking lot could use more lights. The furniture is very outdated and there's no coffee machine in the room.

Nothing.

Bathroom completely broken, room had smoking smell.

The AC in my room was fairly new and the sink , faucet and flooring were updated. There was a pool too. Fresh brewed coffee available in the morning

TV didn't work. People smoking marijuana outside and the smoke coming in my room. It felt more like a transitional housing or government funded place or place for illegal activities. The free wifi basically had no security and i later noticed that when the wifi password was entered it said that all of your information and devices could be compromised. There was no protection or security put in place for anyone renting the room to have protection from identity theft or other nefarious crimes. The phone in the room didn't work so anytime I had a question I had to go all the way to the office, I had to trade rooms 3 times after arriving. 1st room had tools in it under construction, moved rooms TV channels were all scrambled and didn't work, moved rooms again, this time TV was bigger but no channels working , again walk down to office, for the TV not working was told maintenance would come up, then toilet 🪠 not flushing, maintenance came up plunged toilet then messed with TV and remote. we ended up with less channels. Of the 3 remaining flickering channels 2 were repeat infomercials but somehow every nite the most ridiculous program would come through pretty clear and that was WOW Women of Wrestling which was a bunch of dude/chicks fake wrestling with not much more than bathing suits. The maintenance guy did say I could hook my phone up to the TV and use hot spot or add a Samsung account to use ,but really with NO secure internet it seems like a phishing scam. Somehow I find that Very frustrating to not be able to relax with TV and or get any work done on Internet. Everyday we left and came back we couldn't get into room and had to get a new key to get in, this really upset me because I had prepaid for 3 days and deposit and literally had to go and get new keys everyday. We weren't offered any new towels during the stay. And when I tried to ask one of the cleaning ladies she didn't understand.

Denny’s was across the parking lot and it was close to the 101 freeway

It looked very dirty and needed some updating! And the bed I had had springs sticking up. I was there a week and the trash had built up. I called the front desk to have it emptied, and nobody ever came.

Room was comfortable.

Booked for an additional day the following morning. Paid up front upon request from the front desk. I asked for clean bedding and fresh towels. I was promised by “two” property employees that they would absolutely have clean (bedding and towels). After waiting approximately four hours, I requested again, cleaning service. Never received the service for an additional day stay! Highly disappointed regarding the customer service…
