Probably won’t stay here again. Room was extremely basic, bed was ok. Wi-Fi was horrible. Dirty fork and random cooler outside our room. Grounds need maintenance. Nowhere really for a dog to do their business. Parking lot was hard to maneuver. Had to flush toilet twice each time. My diet cokes exploded in fridge since it was set to frozen. Love Grand Lake but Spirit Lodge is a better option.

No servicing of the room on a 2 day stay. Almost never anyone in the office. Internet very weak, I had to go to the office to connect.
Big Horn was very conveniently located in the main area of Grand Lake Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night, but I would stay there again if I came back to Grand Lake. No frills, which. is fine for me.
Hot tub was disgusting and bed was so worn I had to sleep at foot of bed
USJust a dated property, nothing bad and only stayed one night on our way to Estes Park. Loved the little town and rented a boat for couple hours and that was plenty for a cool September morning.
Comfortable and clean
We were very disappointed with this stay. Overall the place was run down and not clean. It said no smoking but our room had obviously been a smoking room at some point. The price was definitely high for the overall experience.
