Holiday Inn Express - Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley by IHG

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Although it’s a smaller hotel, the hospitality and warmth we received made it feel truly special. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made us feel relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy — perfect for spending quality time together. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, with enough variety to start the day off right. Overall, we genuinely loved our experience here. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding hospitality and caring staff, this hotel is a wonderful choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great location with excellent parking. Quiet, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It’s a good vibe and the atmosphere very friendly; Shanthi front desk professional and very accommodating; all the staff friendly; dining and the hallways very clean. My room very quiet and clean thank you all. The price very good….. you have very clean room; free breakfast lots of options; 24 hours coffee’s and tea’s with vending machines too.

Stayed here 1 night based on good reviews but sadly disappointed. Drain in the sink was completely clogged and was told maintenance could come the following morning, and not to be told the following morning that maintenance doesn’t work on sundays and that we should switch rooms - I mean we were checking out that morning. Secondly, there was mold and fungus in the shower basin and the smell of fill mold was pervasive throughout the room. We kind of felt like we needed to disinfect our bag and all our belongings. Hate to write such negative review but if you’re running a hotel the basic expectation for cleaning and maintenance is that a certain level of hygiene be maintained.
