Personal muy amable, limpiaban la habitación todos los días, hablaban inglés y español. Cerca de todo. Camas muy cómodas.

Los desayunos eran los mismos todos los días. Sería bueno variar un poco.

Both of our rooms smelled strongly of marijuana, and reception confirmed that the neighboring guests were smoking, even though the entire hotel is advertised as non-smoking. The hotel was incredibly dirty, one corner of the bed was messy, and adults felt sick while our two-year-old vomited within minutes of entering. The staff refused to fully refund us, excusing the situation by citing the messy bed corner and paper in the trash, even though we stayed less than 30 minutes. I have reported this property to the health department. This hotel is unsafe and unacceptable for families with kids.

El personal de la noche muy atento y cordial. Las habitaciones lindas y remodeladas. Buena calefacción.

Los pasillos aún conservan alfombras viejas y sucias. El desayuno es regular, poco variado, sin opciones gluten free y lo que hay no es muy rico.
