The Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort is proud to be a dog-friendly property. Please note that the only pets that can be accommodated are dogs. Dog-friendly rooms are subject to availability. Great location and great hotel. Only complaint is the staff don’t seem to like being there. Always had the feeling I was imposing on them if I asked a question etc. hopefully some training and management guidance will help the situation at the hotel

"Hotel filled with bugs and spiders and broken windows"

The pool

The windows were broken and venomous spiders were all over the windows and getting inside. Bugs were also present in the room. The 2nd room had a broken bed.

"Bug filled hotel"

This hotel is full of bugs. When I moved into my room the window screen was broken on all sides. The broken windows in my room were covered in spiders. The front desk is aware of the spiders and said pest control will come next week. It was an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER stay here again. Spiders on the outside of the broken windows, and the inside as well as dead bugs. I can’t believe they put anyone in that room. After moving rooms for the night they offered me a breakfast voucher, what a joke. I am not staying in this hotel one minute longer than I have to. I sincerely hope the manager will follow up with me as I paid full price to be absolutely terrified as they put me in a room filled with deadly spiders. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
