Sandman Hotel Victoria

Two stays on business, both check-ins fraught with errors and discourteous staff. Actually well beyond discourteous and into outright rude. Wrong room, misplaced bags, poor communication between staff members and customers. Other team members complained of rooms that smelled of smoke and ticking sounds that persisted through the night. Our bathroom was so dirty it was unusable.

No breakfast offered at this location. However, the adjacent Wite Spot is quite good.

The air conditioning is poorly located (blows directly on you sleeping), and is quite noisy

We had an amazing stay, we were able to cook our meal and after we checked out, we were able to use the pool on that day . Thank you very much.

All personnel whom I met at Sandman Victoria Hotel are cordial, incurious and attentive. In other words to describe the hotel personnel: "extremely professional".

Clean room, lots of space with a great kitchen. The gentleman who checked us in early was excellent
