"Hotel makes for great pictures but lacks basic maintenance."

Beautiful but lacks basic maintenance. Stayed here with my fiance for valentines day. One of the two elevators were working which gave us long lines for the elevator sharing it with the restaurant patrons and housekeeping staff. Hot water was not available during our entire stay. The air quality was stuffy and the vents were caked with black lint within our room and all throughout the hotel. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was beautiful but they need to put alot more emphasis on maintenance, especially for an old building like this.

I loved the friendly staff, and the view at the Mountaineer Club (Rooftop Bar)! This boutique hotel is so beautiful!

The heater/air conditioner wasn't working well.

Breakfast??? There was a coffee shop downstairs

Having to use my shoulder to get the door to open. Per staff instructions. Having to tug hard to open it to get out which worked since there in no safety latch or double bolt it once inside.
