Strong Smoke smell in the room

Comfy beds n great sleep

There tvs don't pick up hardly any stations

Had to change rooms several times because the other rooms had no hot water and the the TV was not working in one room. My husband had to fix it because no one ever came to fix it. I paid for my room through the app and the lady at the front desk called me 3 times telling me I owed more money or else.... The app customer service helped me and told me no I was all paid for my night. On top of all that the only thing clean in room was the bed sheets!

I was charged for a room that doesn't exist.

The AC unit leaked condensation inside and outside the room, but mostly outside :/ Also, sonic across the street was the 1+

Bad area, as in all of Selma. Constant gunshots. No warning of water being out for the entire day

Everything was perfect only thing I didn’t like was the area, it’s right in front of a club and they shoot every weekend I would recommend this hotel just not on the weekends. It’s clean they have huge beds and they are comfortable and cozy!

Got bed bugs, breakfast was very slim (when it was stocked), half the time breakfast hardly had anything due to not having items
