"Double charged at Cuccina restaurant."

We had a pre dinner drink at hotel bar which was nice enough. We then went to one of the two hotel restaurants, Cuccina. We wanted a pizza but the oven was not working so some of us had some pasta dish. It was awful. 2 out of 10. We split the bill three ways. When I checked my credit card, I had been charged twice. I asked the hotel check out person to sort it out but two weeks later, nothing has happened. A terrible experience all round.
