La recepcionista era muy desagradable Sin embargo al día siguiente había una chica asiática y un chico ambos encantadores

First of all, my room was given to another guest because they had an event that weekend and they double-booked rooms, hoping someone would cancel or not show up. I spent 1 hour in their lobby trying to check in, and they offered me another room that was not comparable to the one I reserved. The front desk person was not helpful or courteous and had an attitude. Second, the noise and the smell made the stay uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

The incredible view of the bay and San Francisco from the 11th floor!

The hotel is a tiny bit dated but since I had that incredible view from the 11th floor where I could sit at my desk and look out over the San Francisco Bay, all is more than forgiven!

It takes about 10 minutes for water in the bathroom sink to get hot. I times it twice 10 minuoboth times.

Really good hotel

Very good hospitality, room is always ready and quick service.
