Не было никакой посуды, даже стаканов выпить воды, в том числе в лобби. Висело объявление, что можно попросить на рецепции, но когда мы спустились туда, то никого не было.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! I should have listened to some of the reviews myself. Extended Stay? These rooms aren't equipped for a 1 night stay. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the kitchen. Nothing but empty cabinets and drawers that is. Every extended stay type hotel I have stayed at in the past has had some pots and pans to cook, some forks and knives and spoons to eat with, and even, get this - some plates to eat off of and glasses to drink from. This place ? Absolutely nothing. And better bring your own ice because all you get is 1 ice cube tray, which of course isn't full when you check in so you have to wait 3 or 4 hours for ice because there is no ice machine. And they don't even have the good sense to have freezers equipped with ice makers - which of course real extended stay type hotels have. Don't bother complaining to the front desk, because they won't do anything - they, and I quote, "only work here." Well, duh, that is WHY I am contacting you. YOU WORK HERE! Horribly equipped for an extended stay hotel, and horrible service. The room was reasonably clean, so that is why there is a 2-star, and it did have facial tissues, which apparently are a luxury in hotels these days. The location is secluded, not easy to find with a small sign at the entrance and if you miss it the first time, you have to fight Rt 1 traffic for a couple u-turns and 4-5 miles and hope you don't miss it again. Not worth it.

The room was not cleaned up on arrival, smells like cigarette, and bed sheet is NOT clean! very disappointed.
