location is amazing, its a walking distance to every good place

I honestly don’t understand how this place is considered a four‑star hotel. All the lampshades are tilted and look old. There isn’t even an iron or a kettle for hot drinks in the room. Power outlets are very limited, and some of them don’t work at all. The air conditioner, even when running on the highest setting nonstop, can’t cool the room because it’s so worn out. The bathroom’s clothes dryer is basically just a decorative piece — it doesn’t work. And when I complained, they literally told me: “It is what it is.” It’s rare to find anyone from the staff willing to help or even smile, as if you’re staying there for free.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che ogni volta che prenoto con booking mi assegnano sempre camere peggiori e sto valutando che non prenoterò più con booking perché non è possibile che spendo soldi per poi trovare camere di livello inferiore tipo vista interna e mai vista città .e alcune volte anche sporche .

Klimaanlage durch den Wintergarten viel zu schwach. Raum wurde nicht richtig abgekühlt.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin, namens Mascha, die mit Herzblut dabei ist. Sehr gute Lage. Geniales Frühstücksbüffet, was das Herz begehrt. Gutes Parksystem.
