I went to visit UMass Amherst and the location of this property was great from that perspective. Target, Walmart and Home Depot are close by. The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous.

The breakfast is good but lacks variety.

"nice facelift on the hotel. buy the undecarriage told the real story. wont stay there again."

i really liked the fire pit.

i did not like that the hot tub was so full of chlorine my eyes burned. The beds were hard and lumpy. The pillows were like sheets of paper. They looked soft and fluffy, then when you lay your head on them poof. The support was gone. The shower water pressure was a stream and it took forever to rinse my body off.
