"Too much money for such a broken down place"

I liked the location and the size of the room. I got a queen suite, and it was really spacious

The place was so broken down. The stone was off of all the columns outside, the sliding doors would barely open (took multiple tries), the inner doors were broken, there was a terrible smell that was inside the entire place, there were no baseboards inside of the whole building. It was just really bad

Esta bien ubicado cuabdo vas a eventos en Toyota Center

Un piso estaba levantado, el servicio de front desk del primer dia, era una persona pesada, poco amable y el nivel de servicio bastante pobre, el segubdo dia fue mejor. Tambien los arbustos mal cortados que no dejabam estacionarse correctamente.

I would have liked to know they were under construction before arrival had a hard time sleeping when they were working. And there was limited parking available not a fan of that. When we got up to our rooms smelled like someone had just smoked in the room and it was suppose to be smoke free. When we got back to our room you could tell someone else had eaten and left crumbs in the room.

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Worst place I've stayed at including motels."

The staff was nice, that is the only good thing.

Filthy, musky, broken shower,, dirty towels, bugs. Half the room wasn't cleaned. TV remote was greasy and had food stuck to it. Stains on literally every surface.
