"HORRIBLE!!!"

We went for a weekend get away. The doors would not lock and they were broken. The person at the front desk was rude and never spoke. The sheets were stained and the tv did not work along with the locks were broken. They also charged us 50 extra dollars and didn’t tell us why. Along with thing we’re broken in the room and paint was peeling off the wall!!! Overall the experience was horrible we left for a couple hours and they never came to give us towels. It was also bad weather and they kept telling us to go back to the room while tornado sirens were going off!! If it wasn’t for it being late when we got there and bad weather we would have left ASAP!!!

Conveniently located cheap place, met the immediate need for a stop directly off the freeway for just sleeping on a road trip. You get what you pay for though, not very clean or updated. Cracks in the walls, had a funky smell, breakfast items were expired (yogurt, milk), bugs in the food area counter tops, staff were not rude but definitely not friendly. After leaving in the morning received an annoyed call from staff asking if I had checked out yet.

"The worst by far, total scam"

By far the worst hotel service ever. I was triple charged for my two day stay, then I could provide thru my bank that I was charged and hotel manager claim to not receive payment and I had to leave at night after showing and calling my bank to verify I was charged and the sale is approved.

Dirty towels on clean towel rack. Hair in bed. Asked for refund. Was told manager couldn’t be reached and I would hear something in up to 3 businesses days.
