Todo bien, gran atención y servicio

Tiene muy buena ubicacion, puedes ir caminando al Malecon Bandera

que habia muy pocas opciones de desayuno.

Muy mal servicio de los hostess de el hotel, te informan sobre descuentos en su restaurante. Cuando vas a consumir al restaurante no te hacen el descuento , simplemente dicen que no aplica.

If you prefer location over comfort and amenities, this is OK. The bed was uncomfortable and linens & towels were very used needing replacement. There was constant noise and activity outside the rooms. If you need quiet, rest, and relaxation - this is NOT the place for you.

The room was clean and nice, but there was adiscrepancywith the bed size.we had booked a king size bed, but rceived a queen-size bed instead. Although we slept comfortably, it would have been better to receive what we paid for.

Parking too crowded and big trucks are allowed to park there.

Nos asignaron habitacion enfrente de alberca en un rincon y cerca de terraza …muchisimo ruido de dia y de noche ….y solicite antes de asignada algo mejor considerando que somos personas mayores…y nos dijeron que tenia que haber hablado antes directamente a hotel …y que por utilizar plataforma booking es MAS caro el hotel …el desayuno tipo buffet que sirven ahi es en un salon …muy malo ….traen el desayuno del restaurant en charolas y se enfria o se termina y tienes que esperar a que lo vuelvan a surtir de fuera porque ahi esta improvisado el salon como comedor …solo 1 vez lo utilizamos y preferimos desayunar en restaurant directamente…

sus instalaciones en los baños estan muy deterioradas
