The price is cheap, the house keeper was very professional and kind.

I have pictures of the front desk clerk Rita's husband peeing outside broad daylight knowing their are children staying here. He harasses customers until they buy him alcohol and once they refuse he tells his wife not to extend their stay. He's an alcoholic and needs help. I've witnessed Rita beat on him on many different occasions because hes drunk and she doesn't like it. Many short term people have left because they can't deal with the things these two pull. Mukeesh has a master key and goes into people's rooms when they are not their (I've witnessed this myself). Rita is very unprofessional, impolite, extremely rude and overall not a nice person. She will not extend a person's stay just because they have seen everything that has gone on with her and her husband and doesn't want them to tell the owner Sager. She needs to be replaced by someone more professional and with more hospitality then she has. If someone important in the motel 6 chain sees this please get rid of her. You are losing money because people do not want to stay because of her. Danny the other front desk clerk is the total opposite of Rita. He is very nice, professional and will help you out whenever he can. He knows how to defuse a situation where Rita on the other hand escalates things. One bad thing about Danny is he falls in line with what Rita says even when he knows she's wrong. The house keeper Denise is also very nice and professional. BEWARE Rita will try to tell you she can't find your online reservation only to charge you more. She has refused to give people refunds more than once even though they canceled their reservation within the time frame given. I've seen Rita agruing with short term stay customers while new customers are checking in. Very professional right! Once Rita and her husband Mukeesh are gone this will be a peaceful place to stay. Even Danny the other front desk clerk told me to post these pictures on the review.

Le personnel est sympathique, c'est le seul point positif.

C'était très sale, ça doit faire au moins 1 an que l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans les couloirs. Notre chambre avait une toilette qui n'avait pas fonctionné depuis probablement plusieurs semaines, puisqu'il y avait plusieurs araignées mortes à l'intérieur. De plus, elle manquait d'eau et fonctionnait mal. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre pour avoir une toilette fonctionnelle. Dans la nouvelle chambre, il y avait un vieux savon dans la douche, et des poils / cheveux un peu partout dans la salle de bain. Pourtant, les lits étaient bien faits et les serviettes étaient propres, alors nous savions que quelqu'un du ménage était venu et avait jugé que le travail était complet... Nous entendions également les gens marcher au-dessus de nous, puisque les chambres ne sont pas (ou très mal) insonorisées. Franchement pour pratiquement le même prix, on peut trouver une meilleure chaîne de motels que celle-ci.
