Cassville Four Seasons Inn & Suites

The location was convenient and clean.

The room smelled musty and like people had smoked in it but was a “non smoking” property. We searched the property for an employee so we could check in. Finally an employee showed up after we stood in the lobby for 25 minutes. He was a maintenance man and was doing the best he could and he was very nice. Breakfast was non existent, a couple muffins, coffee and old cereal, and one slice of bread.

Everything was extremely nice and comfortable. We were exhausted from a very long drive and just collapsed on the very comfortable bed and had a good long sleep. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. One negative was the breakfast - rather skimpy with cereals, breads, etc. We ended up eating just a little bit there, then went to a restaurant for a full hot breakfast. However, where this hotel deserves super kudos is how k I nd, honest, and helpful the staff was. I left my watch and sunglasses in my room when we checked out. While at breakfast, the front desk called me to let me know that the had the watch and glasses at the front desk. I had not even realized I had left them in the room!! I explained I would not be able to retrieve them until late in the day - they said that was not a problem and they would just hold them for me. I came back around 7:00 PM, and there they were with my name and room number attached to them. Their kindness and helpfulness was so greatly appreciated!! This more than made up for the skimpy breakfast : -) !! Thank you so very much for your kindness!! I would recommend this hotel - not overly fancy but had everything we needed at a great value! And such wonderful staff!

Breakfast was the only thing.

The gentleman running the place was so friendly and remembered our names throughout the stay.

The breakfast was a bit short of the mark but the positive friendly environment made up for it. Very clean as well.
