The pools, restaurant, room, and whole property were great.

You had to ask for room service or they didn't clean the room.

Beautiful location with plenty to do. Great for the family.

I feel the pools could have been cleaned a little more.

This Embassy Suites does not live up to the reputation that Embassy Suites has. It was more like a large Motel 6. The hotel needs a lot of updates-the carpet in the halls is fraying and tattered and could cause a tripping hazard. The lights on the elevators don't work properly-you had to go up in order to go down. Paint is peeling around the room entry doorframes. There was rust and mold all over our bathroom. The faucet on the tub and the wet bar sink was leaking--meaning no one on housekeeping ever reported this to maintenance to fix. The room was very dark and dreary. The toilet is made for a child--it is so low that it is extremely difficult for a tall person to sit down and get up. THE WORST-there was a wedding party that had a live band in one of the ballrooms. We were placed in a room directly above. Our room was banging and vibrating for over 4 hours from the music!! After traveling all day, we were wanting to get some sleep and were unable due to the loud music below us!! We called to complain twice and at 11:00 pm we went to talk with the MOD. His response was--"No one else is complaining" "I can't hear it in my office" He did nothing to address our issues & concerns. He said he can't do anything about if he is unaware. That would be the fault of the staff not informing him. We looked at the rooms around us--they were all unoccupied. That is why no one else complained!! Simple solution for the hotel--when you have a party with a live band--DO NOT place anyone in the rooms right above. Or place members of the wedding party there. They wouldn't be bothered because they are at the party. It was 3 days later before someone else was available to speak with about the situation. It is difficult to get into the property. There is always a long line of cars at the gate. After cking in, the room key should work at the gate. This hotel is way overpriced for what you don't get.

Todo estuvo bien sin embargo, hay falta de personal en el área de barra y cocina. En el área de piscina pocas sillas y no pude disfrutar esa área como quería.

The property needs to be renovated and children,s attractions added to the pool area. The iguanas in the pool area need to be controlled.

El servicio del staff. Me trataron demasiado bien. Excelente todos.

No tienen q remodelar el hotel pero si deben hacer varias mejoras. Los baños específicamente, ya que hay algunas cosas corroidas.
